In an effort to keep residents safe while also engaging the Community, the Trenton Civic Commission is presenting “Drive by- Wave Hi” Santa Parade on Saturday, December 5, between 6:00-7:00 p.m.
Participants are encouraged to dress up in their favorite Christmas attire or even pajamas and to decorate their vehicles as they drive by and welcome Santa to town! Santa will be located at the intersection of West Jefferson and St. Joseph St.
Traffic will travel South down West Jefferson from King Rd. towards West Road. West Jefferson northbound will be closed until 7:00 p.m.
Please note: This year- YOU are the parade! For the health and safety of everyone, participants will be asked to stay in their vehicles at all times. The Trenton Police Department will be on-site to direct the flow of traffic.
Santa’s elves have installed a special mailbox at the Trenton Cultural Center (2427 West Rd.) for children to mail their letters to Santa. Children may drop off their letters between November 16 – December 14 and Santa will respond to all letters he receives.
Letters need to include the child’s first and last name, age, address and wish list. Letters must be received by Dec. 14 to get a response!
